Data Protection

British Food Allergy Awareness protects details of customers as required by UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1988. Due to strict security procedures, we follow, any information that is held by British Food Allergy Awareness is secured to prevent unauthorised access. If you require for British Food Allergy Awareness to disclosure your information that is held by us about you, then will require proof of identity, and address.

And from 5th May 2018 British Food Allergy Awareness shall process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

All payments go through secure Paypal, and credit/debit details remain with Paypal. If in any event you use your debit/credit card directly with British Food Allergy Awareness, BFAA do not store credit or debit card details following the completion of a financial transaction.

How long records kept?
